How to Join us: Applying to ADMIA

We hope you share our enthusiasm for the special place which is A.D.Mane International Academy

We welcome an application on behalf of your son or daughter.

Students will be admitted at the age of:

Nursery - 3 yrs to 4 yrs
LKG - 4 yrs to 5 yrs
UKG - 5 yrs to 6 yrs
Std I - 6 yrs and above

Rules and Regulations

Admission Procedure

Walk in the school premises; fill in the admission enquiry form .
Get admission details from Admission Cell.
Principal's interaction with student and the parents.
Students to appear for a Base Line Test (BLT) for English, Maths and Hindi (to understand student's concept clarity).
After the BLT, fill in the admission form and fulfill the documentation requirements.
Once the admission form, declaration form and documents are submitted, proceed to accounts department for finalizing the admission by paying the required fees.
The form issued by school is non transferable and should be used in its original form.
Incase of transfer, a copy of letter of transfer to be submitted to school.
Enclosures Required for Admission

Original Birth Certificate (Nursery to class I)
Progress card of previous school (Photostat Class I onwards)
Original Transfer Certificate/ Leaving Certificate countersigned by concerned regional officer. (Class II onwards)
Aadhar card (Photostat-self attested)
Three stamp size photographs of the parents and student

Rules and Regulations

Withdrawl

The last day to apply for he withdrawal of your ward’s admission is on or before 31st March of every academic year. After this date,fees for the next academic year will be applicable.
In order to obtain a leaving certificate parents should submit a duly filled application to the school office, a month in advance, stating the reason and the new destination. The leaving certificate will be issued only after all the dues are cleared and clearance form is completed.
If student is withdrawn once the term has started, no refund of fees is possible.
Continued absence without leave for more than 20 days shall be considered equivalent to the withdrawal of a pupil from school and the names shall be struck off the rolls.

The student can be discontinued from the school under following reasons:

Non payment of fees.
Disciplinary reasons.
Long Absence without prior intimation.
Non- adherence of school rules and regulations.

II Installment 5 to 15 August
III Installment 5 to 15 December

I Installment 5 to 15 April
II Installment 5 to 15 Jul
III Installment 5 to 15 October
IV Installment 5 to 15 January

School Fees

Fees can be paid by cheque/cash/ all types of bank cards.

Bank holidays: - 2nd and 4th Saturday and other gazetted holidays.

Fees can be paid in four installments.

In case the last day for the payment of fees happens to be a holiday, fees should be paid on the previous day.
Fees after due dates will be charged late fees of rupees 20/- on daily basis.
Prior intimation should be given to the school authorities with written application if there is any delay in payment of fees for any reason.

Once paid, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
